Jakub Hrabánek is one of the leading attorneys focusing on Insolvency, Litigation, Real Estate Law and M&A.

Jakub has been involved in major insolvency proceedings (e.g. reorganization of OKD, a.s., TAMEH Czech s.r.o., Energetický Holding Malina a.s., APOS-AUTO s.r.o.), both on the side of debtors and major creditors (including representing them in the creditors' committee and in incidental disputes).

In the area of litigation, Jakub specialises in representing clients in commercial and shareholder disputes. His strategic approach and attention to detail make him a leading expert in complex litigation.

In real estate law, Jakub has been involved in, among other things, acquisitions of shopping centres and large real estate portfolios worth billions of CZK, as well as complex advice on development projects.

In his M&A practice, Jakub has been involved in advising on transactions in the energy, automotive, healthcare, etc. sectors.

In 2011, Jakub completed an international internship at a leading Turkish law firm Çınar & Çınar law office focusing on M&A and international law.

Jakub is a member of INSOL Europe and the Czech Bar Association (since 2012).
